Discover three Emilian delicacies on a private foodie tour
Join us for a delicious day dedicated to three local Emilian delicacies.
We depart early in the morning to discover the secrets of the king of cheeses: Parmigiano Reggiano. This cheese is produced only once a day in the early morning. You get to see the cheese makers at work — an unforgettable experience!
The day continues with a visit to one of the most important Lambrusco wine producers, where you can appreciate all the characteristics and the real taste of this wine. Then you enjoy a lunch full of aromas and flavors of this land in the heart of Modena, a city with an important architectural heritage. After lunch, you can walk in the city centre.
In the afternoon, you visit a producer of Balsamic vinegar, knows as the “black gold of Modena, ” and you get to taste this delicious condiment known worldwide. At the end of the tour, we return you to your hotel.

Starting point: Departure from Bologna or Modena. Please let us know where we can pick you up!
8:15 am – Departure from pick-up location
9:00 am – Visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and tastings
11:30 am – Visit to a winery and Lambrusco tasting
01:00 pm – Lunch in the centre of Modena and free time
03:30 pm – Visit to a producer of traditional Balsamic Vinegar
05:30 pm – Return to the hotel
