We are a family-owned travel company offering unique travel experiences in Italy. We are located in Emilia Romagna, in northern Italy, affectionately known as the legendary ‘bread basket’ of Italy! With its capital in Bologna, this region is considered by many to be the gastronomical and culinary heart of Italy.

I’m Cristina, the technical director and general manager of the company. I was born in San Giovanni in Persiceto in the province of Bologna, in a countryside rich in traditions and culture. I grew up with Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic vinegar in my blood as my uncle is a Cheese Master in his own dairy and my father is a Balsamic vinegar certified “Maestro Assaggiatore” (Taste Master).
I started working in tourism when I was 22 years old, and I always loved travelling and getting in touch with other people and cultures. In 2010, I decided to start my own business that perfectly combines my history and my passions.
